3 days Ground School, 7 Simulator Sessions ( 29 hours total)

This intensive and very practical one to one workshop is designed to give the prospective candidates the cutting edge skills at an interview. At the end of this training the candidate will understand how to plan, prepare, and deliver as an interviewee in a more confident, assertive and professional manner.

This workshop is run in association with Quantum Training.

Course content

Outline of workshop content and objectives
Discuss participant's strengths
Outline of skills required to be a successful interviewee
Identify the candidates hidden skill sets
Introduce the six phases of every interview
Discuss and enhance the use of body language
Improve their self image and self confidence
(Boxing Techniques) introduction to best practice techniques of delivering information
Prepare interview questions and answers using the boxing techniques
Provide candidates with the necessary communication skill
Practice/Practice/Practice
